At DivinoCrystal, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:
 • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
 • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
 • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:
 • Email us at care.divinocrystal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with detailed return instructions and address.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

 • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products:
 • If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

 Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
