DivinoCrystal Offers free shipping * across India for all orders above Rs 500. For International Orders , shipping will vary depending on Country and size of shipment. At DivinoCrystal, we take utmost care to ensure your crystal healing products arrive safely and promptly. Below are the important details about how we ship your orders.

Covid Care
All our packages are securely packed in 100% waterproof pouches, allowing you to take necessary precautions before opening or handling the package.

Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the next business day, typically Monday. Delivery Timeframe Currently, delivery across India usually takes:
 • 5-7 days to metropolitan areas
 • 7-10 days to other regions across India.

If Your Order Is Delayed or If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us immediately at care.divinocrystal@gmail.com. We will promptly coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not directly control courier operations and cannot provide delivery personnel information, as that is handled internally by the shipping companies. 

Packaging Details
Your crystals will be packed in brand-specific, sturdy boxes chosen to protect your items based on their size and type. For multiple orders to the same address, we generally combine shipments unless otherwise specified by you. If you want your package gift-wrapped or packed in a specific way (within our packing guidelines), please leave instructions at checkout. We cannot accommodate packaging changes once the order is shipped.
